Accessibility Resources

Getting Around the Conference

Directional signage will be posted throughout our venues to facilitate a smooth navigation of the event. APIC volunteers will also be available around the conference to provide you with event information. If you need any assistance on site, please look for our volunteers and conference staff in the room or visit the Special Accommodations Desk inside APIC Central.

Mobility/Wheelchair/Scooter Accessibility

Our venues/session rooms are wheelchair/scooter accessible to attendees. We encourage anyone in need of mobility services to make reservations in advance by contacting Tom’s Wheelchairs & Scooter Rentals through their website or by calling 210-223-7878 for more information.

Dietary Restrictions

Meals provided by APIC may offer some vegetarian options to attendees. If you noted Halal- or Kosher-specific dietary restrictions when purchasing your registration, you will be contacted with pick up instructions.

Nursing Room

There are 2 nursing mother rooms at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Room 1212 is on the lobby corridor's street level. Room 2137 is located on meeting room level next to room 215.

Quiet/Prayer Room

The Quiet/Prayer room is located in room 211 on the meeting level of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Please be mindful of other people in the room and step outside if you need to make or take a call.

Print/Digital Materials

Attendees may access digital materials including the APIC24 Digital Brochure. That said, the most updated programming and event details can be found on our website and the APIC Conference mobile app. Some limited print materials may include APIC and sponsored flyers and/or handouts.
