Stephanie Soliz, BSN, RN, CIC is the Surgical Infection Preventionist at UnityPoint Health-Trinity in the Quad Cities. She received her BSN from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Prior to starting a career in infection prevention, she spent 2 years as a nurse working at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO on a medical/surgical unit. She then spent 6 years as a circulating nurse in the Operating Room at UnityPoint Health Trinity in Bettendorf, IA. She has 5 years of acute care Infection Prevention experience with a focus on surgical and procedural areas. She became Board-Certified in Infection Control in 2023.
