LaRhonda Daniels,CIC is a passionate Infection Preventionist at Memorial Hermann Hospital located in Houston, TX. With a Masters’ degree in Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, she started her career off as an intern and has developed comprehensive skills over the last 4 years. Making pivotal impacts in multiple areas in infection prevention, she focused on isolation and related protocols, especially Candida auris. She has represented infection control with presentation posters at Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) 2023 Texas Healthcare Safety conference and internal Robust Process Improvement expos.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling to new destinations and scuba diving. She remains dedicated to advancing the field of infection prevention through research, education, and advocacy efforts.
