I am having over 13 years of experience in Infection Prevention and Control field. My career has focused on investigating and preventing transmission of healthcare-associated infections for hospital patients and staff alike as well as contributing for the development of evidence-based infection control guidelines.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, India and Master’s degree in Public Health from Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research, India. In addition, I have Certified in Infection Control (CIC) by Certification Board for Infection Control (CBIC), United States in the year 2016.
I am an active member of UAE National Subcommittee for Infection Prevention and Control and team member of Dubai Health ICP Networking Task force working on standardization of policies and procedures with regards to Infection Prevention and Control Surveillance.
