Rajkiran Kullar, MPH, CIC is a board certified Infection Preventionist with over 10 years of professional experience serving as Manager of Infection Control, Ambulatory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her previous experience includes, Infection Preventionist roles (both inpatient and ambulatory) at UCLA Health, Michigan Medicine and Borgess Health. Five (5) year’s experience with teaching at University of Michigan, School of Public Health (SPH) with an emphasis on catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI), School of Dentistry focusing on Infection Prevention Practices for Dental Hygienist students at University of Michigan and instructor for Control and Prevention of Infectious Agents at UCLA Extension; Public Health Certification program. She also holds previous board member positions and was Professional Development chair of Michigan Society of Infection Prevention and Control (MSIPC) responsible for reconstructing the syllabus in Fundamentals for Infection Preventionists course as well as faculty member focusing on surveillance teachings for novice Infection Preventionists. More recently, Rajkiran taught for UCLA Extension online focusing on Control and Prevention of Infectious Agents for the Winter 2024 term.
