Lisa Pearson, MSN, RN, CIC is the Director of Infection Prevention and Quality Improvement at South Davis Community Hospital. Throughout her more than 20-year career in the post-acute care industry, Lisa Pearson has worked in a variety of roles and settings, from working as a CNA at an assisted living facility to her current role at South Davis Community Hospital (respiratory and pediatric post-acute care). She is also an online instructor for Brigham Young University – Idaho. Her credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University and Board Certification in Infection Prevention and Control. Lisa has previously served as a local chapter board member for the Utah Assisted Living Association, the Utah APIC Chapter, and a Senior Examiner for the American Health Care Association. In her spare time, you can find Lisa running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
