Britt Bailey is the Infection Control Assessment and Response (ICAR) Senior Epidemiologist at the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). Previously she worked in HIV/STIs domestically and internationally designing data management systems to monitor and evaluate HIV programs. Britt received her Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences from St. Cloud State University, and her Master of Public Health in epidemiology and public health informatics at the University of Minnesota.
