Tiffany Dogan is the Infection Prevention Program Manager at UCLA Health. She received her MPH in Hospital and Molecular Epidemiology from the University of Michigan. Dogan has 12 years of IP experience working at two large academic medical centers. Her work includes strategizing, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives across all healthcare practice settings, with a focus on leading with influence.
Dogan enjoys teaching and integrating infection prevention concepts in the classroom. She served as an IP instructor at the University of Michigan’s School of Public, UCLA extention program, and Washtenaw community college. Dogan is an active APIC member, serving two terms as chapter treasurer, and currently serves as a member of the national Public Policy Committee. Dogan is a wife and mother of three, when she is not spending time with her family she enjoys helping build a strong Infection Prevention pipeline through teaching and mentoring new professionals.
