Kelly Zabriskie, MLS, BS, CIC, FAPIC is the Enterprise Vice President of Infection Prevention and Liaison for Regulatory for Jefferson Health, which encompasses 16 hospitals, 8 urgent care centers, 4 ambulatory surgical centers and hundreds of outpatient practices in Philadelphia and its' suburbs. She has been an IP for 20 years. Kelly is active in the National APIC Corporate IP group and is the upcoming vice chair for the Public Policy Committee. She has held multiple positions in her local APIC chapter over the past few years as well. Kelly is a member of the HAI advisory panel for the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority.
She received the Jefferson Inaugural Healthcare Hero Award in 2020 for her leadership during the COVID pandemic. She was also extremely honored to receive an Honorary Doctorate of Science from Thomas Jefferson University for her work helping the University navigate through the challenges of COVID.
