Jacqueline Fredrick, MSN, RN, CIC is currently an Infection Prevention Specialist at UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin. She joined the UW Health Infection Prevention and Control team in December 2023. Prior to her current role, Jacqueline was an Infection Preventionist at Yale-New Haven Health from 2020-2023. She eared her CIC certification in June 2022. Jacqueline received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. Shortly after obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Jacqueline decided to pursue nursing and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Marquette University in 2015. After completing her degrees, Jacqueline worked in a Burn Intensive Care unit, a post-anesthesia recovery unit (PACU), and a cardio-thoracic intensive care unit (CTICU).
