Larissa has worked in infection prevention and control for over decade in multiple settings including hospitals and public health, most recently with Washington State Department of Health, Healthcare-Associated Infection and Antimicrobial Resistance Program performing healthcare-associated infection data validation, prion disease surveillance, and creating state COVID-19 guidance for healthcare settings.
