Brooke Hossfeld, MPH, CIC, MLS (ASCP)CM, is a Board-Certified Infection Prevention Specialist (CBIC) and Healthcare Epidemiologist for Sodexo Healthcare. She has a 15-year cumulative body of infectious disease and laboratory experience, including microbiology, virology, chemistry/serology, clinical research, clinical education, and infection control.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, and has a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology with a focus on infectious diseases from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, New Orleans, LA. Brooke is a licensed medical technologist with the American Society for Clinical Pathology, as well as an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC). Brooke has been with Sodexo in her role as an infection prevention specialist since 2019.
