Registered Nurse Infection Preventionist

Mary Frazier Lind, RN, MSN, CNL, CIC is an Infection Preventionist at Endeavor Health in the Metro Chicago area. After obtaining a Master's of Science in Clinical Nurse Leadership, she worked as a bedside nurse in pediactric intesive care and pediatric emergency. In 2020, she joined the Infection Prevention and Control team at Endeavor Health (previously NorthShore University HealthSystem), where she initially covered the medical groups for the health system. In 2021, she transitioned to a role covering inpatient units, and she specialized in women's and children's service lines. This included coverage of the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU). Her work with this unit is presented at the APIC 2024 conference. She has most recently transitioned to the surveillance team at Endeavor, where she specializes in CLABSI and CAUTI surveillance for five of the hospitals within the health system, including the ISCU.
