Kelsey Poole holds a Masters in Public Health and is a certified Infection Preventionist. She is currently serving as a Columbia Network IP with PeaceHealth. Kelsey has a proven track record of working in the hospital and healthcare industry, and a strong interest in Epidemiology. She has worked for five years in Infection Prevention in an acute care hospital setting and has two years of leadership experience in the local APIC Chapter. In addition, Kelsey has extensive experience in changing team culture. By working collaboratively with frontline caregivers, she colaborates on comprehensive training programs that equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to prevent infections. Kelsey is skilled in data analytics, technical writing, outbreak investigations, and team building.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her four dogs, paddleboarding, listening to TED Talks, and searching for the perfect cup of green tea!
