Chloe is an experienced program and people manager with a background in public health education, infectious disease prevention, quality improvement, and Social Determinants of Health integration into healthcare. Chloe has led multi-site, multi-year SDOH learning and improvement collaboratives, including the national Collaborative to Advance Social Health Integration. Before joining the team at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Senior Program Manager for a 5-year CDC-funded project, Chloe served on the Coronavirus Emergency Response Team at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, managing testing, contact tracing and isolation operations at the university. Chloe has an undergraduate degree in community health from Tufts University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from UCLA. Chloe is also a gigging musician.
