Mini Radhakrishnan, BSN, RN, CIC has practiced for 12 years as an Infection Preventionist. She joined the Tampa General Hospital Infection Prevention Program in 2021. Mini worked at SEHA hospital for 17 years as a Quality Nursing Specialist and Infection Preventionist. In 2015, she was involved with the commissioning and development of the Infection Prevention program at Danat Al Emarat Hospital. She was recognized in 2008 and 2010 by SEHA AGH as Nurse of the Year for her patient safety and quality nursing care. In 2023, She received the Tampa General Hospital Divisional Nurse of the Year award. for her work with the CTICU to decrease ECMO blood stream infections . She has participated as a speaker in Al Gharbia International Nursing Quality Conference in Year 2012 and Infection Prevention Symposium in Abu Dhabi 2017.
She loves spending quality time with her husband RK, daughter Aish, and puppy Diana.
