Rose M. Langdon, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHQ, FNAHQ (she/her/hers)

Rose Langdon has been a CPHQ since 2009 and has achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in healthcare. Her work has been published in the Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions and she has served on the NAHQ Board of Directors, being awarded Fellowship in 2017.

Rose has also served on the board of the Michigan Association for Healthcare Quality in multiple roles, including President. As a speaker at both the Institute for Healthcare Quality (IHI) and NAHQ, Rose has shared her insights into transforming our health care system to one of patient centered care and has taught the CPHQ Exam Review course since 2010.
