Wanda H. Jones, MBA, MJ, BSN, RN, CCM, CIC is currently a Nurse Epidemiologist with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Wanda has been a member with APIC since 2001 and is currently the President (2024-2026) for APIC- Greater Los Angeles Chapter. Other professional endeavours include being a member of the Health Equity Committee for National APIC and a Health Equity Champion for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She has over 30 years of diverse nursing experience earning her BSN from Howard University, a Masters in Journalism from Temple University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Capella University (expected completion in June 2024). She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and obtained her Certification in Infection Prevention (CIC) in January 2024.
