Exhibitor Symposia: New Research on the Value of Universal Nasal Decolonization: A Key Piece of the Puzzle Symposium - Livestream Only (1.25 Contact Hours)
NOTE: This symposium has been rescheduled from 10:30am CT. A recording of the event will be posted at 1:30pm CT. Nasal decolonization has evolved from a targeted approach to a horizontal strategy that includes all patients for length of stay. This presentation will describe this evolution and explain the paradigm shift from a clinical, operational, and financial perspective. New science will be discussed by the investigator, which will provide an important piece of the puzzle. Data provided will suggest that protecting all patients is not only good practice, but it can also be done reliably, economically, and safely. The goal of this presentation is to help attendees understand the impact universal nasal decolonization could have for their healthcare organization.
