Begin Your Booth ApplicationBack by popular demand, APIC will host the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion at APIC24. Companies that are not associated with existing exhibitors and have never exhibited at APIC's Annual Conference & Exposition are encouraged to apply. If your application is approved, you will be placed in an Exhibit Display within the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion and will be given a 5-minute speaking time slot on the Pavilion’s platform. Specific requirements apply to participate in the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion. Learn more and access the application form. Email your completed form to APICexhibits@conferencemanagers.com for review and approval.

*The APIC Annual Conference & Exposition schedule is tentative and subject to change. If the official exhibit hall schedule changes, all exhibitors will be notified in writing. A final schedule will be included in the Exhibitor Services Manual and posted on the APIC website.
A 50% Deposit is due on or before September 8, 2023. Applications received after September 8, 2023 must be accompanied with a 50% deposit in order to reserve space.
Final payment is due on or before March 1, 2024. All applications received after March 1, 2024 payment is due in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any exhibitor who cancels all of purchased booth space on or prior to March 1, 2024, will forfeit and pay to APIC, as liquidated damages, a sum of money equal to 50% of the full price of said exhibitor’s booth space. Any exhibitor who cancels all of their booth space after March 1, 2024, will forfeit and pay to APIC, as liquidated damages, a sum of money equal to 100% of the full price of said exhibitor’s booth space. In the event of a default by the exhibitor, as set forth in the previous sentence, the exhibitor shall forfeit as liquidated damages, the amount set forth above, regardless of whether Show Management enters into a further lease for the space involved. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Exhibits Manager. In the event that APIC 2024 is a hybrid conference, exhibitors will have access to an in-person booth spaces as well as a virtual booth, it is up to the exhibitor if they choose to utilize the virtual booth. In the event that APIC 2024 transitions to a virtual conference, exhibitors could choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to a virtual booth.
