Exhibit Fees

LINEAR BOOTH SPACE
$3,600 per 10’ x 10’ space
$400 Corner Premium applies to any corner linear booth space, per corner

ISLAND SPACE
$36.00 per 100 square feet of space
$400 Corner Premium applies to all corners for island space (4 corners total)

$16,000 per 20’ x 20’ island
$23,200 per 20’ x 30’ island
$34,000 per 30’ x 30’ island
$59,200 per 40’ x 40’ island

Booth Package Details

By purchasing a booth space your booth includes the following items:

  • Four (4) complimentary exhibitor booth staff registrations per 10’x10’ booth. Educational session access not included. Additional badges may be purchased.

  • Full Conference Badge Allotment:
    • Exhibitors with a 10x20 or 10x30 will receive 1 complimentary full conference badge.
    • Exhibitors with a 10x40 or 20x20 will receive 2 complimentary full conference badges.
    • Exhibitors occupying a space larger than a 20x20 will receive 3 complimentary full conference badges.
  • Daily Exclusive Exhibit Hall Hours: no educational sessions will be held during select dedicated times.

  • Booth identification sign: Complimentary 7” x 44” ID sign with company name and booth number. (for linear booths only)

  • Draped back wall and side rails.

  • 24-hour perimeter security services.
  • Company name, description, product, and brand name listing in online Exhibitor Directory.

  • Ability to rent the APIC 2024 pre-show attendee list: only signed-up exhibitors are permitted to rent the pre-show attendee list. The service manual will contain an order form for the list. APIC does not include attendees’ phone numbers, fax numbers, or email addresses in attendee lists. This information, however, may be captured when attendees visit your booth—you scan their badge using a lead retrieval unit. Lead retrieval units may be rented using the order form found in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

  • Complimentary one-time use of the APIC 2024 post-show attendee list: exhibitors are automatically sent the list within two weeks of the show. APIC does not include attendees’ phone numbers, fax numbers, or email addresses in attendee lists.

  • Preferred selection time to reserve booth space for the 2025 APIC Annual Conference (June 16-18 in Phoenix, AZ) before space opens to non-exhibiting companies.

First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion

Back by popular demand, APIC will host the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion at APIC24. Companies that are not associated with existing exhibitors and have never exhibited at APIC's Annual Conference & Exposition are encouraged to apply. If your application is approved, you will be placed in an Exhibit Display within the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion and will be given a 5-minute speaking time slot on the Pavilion’s platform. Specific requirements apply to participate in the First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion. Learn more and access the application form. Exhibit Hall Schedule

Exhibit Hall Hours (Central Time):
Monday, June 3 | 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM 
Tuesday, June 4 | 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM 
Wednesday, June 5 | 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM 

*The APIC Annual Conference & Exposition schedule is tentative and subject to change. If the official exhibit hall schedule changes, all exhibitors will be notified in writing. A final schedule will be included in the Exhibitor Services Manual and posted on the APIC website.


Payment Due Dates

A 50% Deposit is due on or before September 8, 2023. Applications received after September 8, 2023 must be accompanied with a 50% deposit in order to reserve space.

Final payment is due on or before March 1, 2024. All applications received after March 1, 2024 payment is due in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any exhibitor who cancels all of purchased booth space on or prior to March 1, 2024, will forfeit and pay to APIC, as liquidated damages, a sum of money equal to 50% of the full price of said exhibitor’s booth space. Any exhibitor who cancels all of their booth space after March 1, 2024, will forfeit and pay to APIC, as liquidated damages, a sum of money equal to 100% of the full price of said exhibitor’s booth space. In the event of a default by the exhibitor, as set forth in the previous sentence, the exhibitor shall forfeit as liquidated damages, the amount set forth above, regardless of whether Show Management enters into a further lease for the space involved. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Exhibits Manager. In the event that APIC 2024 is a hybrid conference, exhibitors will have access to an in-person booth spaces as well as a virtual booth, it is up to the exhibitor if they choose to utilize the virtual booth. In the event that APIC 2024 transitions to a virtual conference, exhibitors could choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to a virtual booth.
