Chau Nguyen, MS, CIC, FAPIC, is an Epidemiologist at Corewell Health. She began her Infection Prevention career in 2013 and has remained in her role as Epidemiologist for the team since. Chau covers reporting to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) for her hospital system and supports management decision-making for improving the quality of health care services throughout the organization by providing advanced epidemiologic methodology and analytical skills. Chau is board certified in Infection Control (2016) and is a Fellow of the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (FAPIC). Outside of work, Chau enjoys travelling, biking and hiking with her family and friends.
