Sejal Naik, DNP, MHA, RN, CIC, is an Infection Prevention Clinical Practice Consultant with Kaiser Permanente's Northern California region encompassing 21 medical centers. In her role, she consults on the regional infection prevention program's development and implementation and leads the development of key initiatives to improve performance in healthcare-associated infections. Sejal is a registered nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Population Health Nursing, a master's in healthcare administration, and a bachelor's in microbiology and biochemistry. She enjoys mentoring new infection preventionists and leads a fellowship program at her organization.
